Last Saturday, June 17th, the second regional of the season was held at the CEM de la Mar Bella in Barcelona. The Valencian MC Alek has won the trophy and a slot for the National Final, which will take place in Valencia on July 28. Besides him, Zoyert, Titus and Ander 2K are the qualifiers who will compete for the Spanish crown next month.
Iconic freestylers Blon, Skone and Bta were the judges of this Barcelona regional full of passionate verses, in charge of deciding the hard-fought podium among the 32 participating MCs. They awarded the Barcelona crown to Alek, leaving the silver medal in the hands of Titus, while Zoyert and Ander 2K were left at the gates of the last battle.
2,500 people enjoyed the rhyme and verse show at the CEM de la Mar Bella, with the spicy presence of Taco Bell and its Taconeta throughout the day.
The next stop of the competition will be held in Madrid next June 23, being this the third and last regional of the season at the Auditorio Parque de Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún.
After the National Final in which Alek, Zoyert, Titus and Ander 2K will face each other again, the king of Spanish freestyle will travel to Colombia for the International Grand Final in which the best MCs in the Spanish-speaking world will face each other. Our new winner will form the Spanish representation of this season in Colombia along with Gazir from Asturias, who has secured his place there as runner-up of Red Bull Batalla 2022.
