From 28 April to 27 August 2023 Digital Impact will arrive at Disseny Hub Barcelona, where it will present an extensive programme of activities that will be spread throughout the city.
This is the largest exhibition of leading artists in digital art and design in our country, placing Barcelona at the forefront of digital art at an international level. Digital Impact has been years in the making within the framework of a consolidated and cutting-edge system linked to this artistic discipline. This is largely due to the fact that the promoters of the project have been part of the emergence of the sector since its beginnings with the creation of OFFF, one of the most important digital creativity festivals in the world.
In this way, the exhibition brings together the successes of decades of boom and expansion of digital culture and creativity in Barcelona and Catalonia. Barcelona is currently the driving force behind technoculture, as it has a large artistic, scientific and technological community that is particularly relevant in the field of design and architecture.
It is in this same context that Digital Impact arises, promoted by Disseny Hub Barcelona, the OFFF festival and with the support of the Department of Tourism and Creative Industries of the Barcelona City Council, the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya and various entities and artistic centres of the city such as Casa Batlló, the Liceu, Hac TE or Sónar.
