It is a new skyscraper inspired by the luxury brand’s ‘Sensual Purity’ design.
Located in the heart of the city, close to the Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future and the Burj Khalifa, the building will be some 340 metres high, divided into 65 residential floors, and has been designed in collaboration with Emirati developer BinGhatti. As initial renderings suggest, the exterior shape will resemble the three-pointed Mercedes-Benz logo and will incorporate the brand in high-end finishes.
“We are delighted to be working with Mercedes-Benz, a truly iconic name, to build the brand’s first luxury residence in the world. This is not only a real estate project, it will also focus on community and mobility, setting a new benchmark for smart living,” says Muhammad BinGhatti.
Further details about the project have not yet been revealed but the launch event is rumoured to take place in January 2024.
