All the new features of Six Senses Ibiza this season

The emblematic and exclusive hotel on the island will reopen its doors on April 11.

Located on Ibiza‘s vibrant north coast, the resort offers an unparalleled luxury experience as well as a journey of self-discovery that revitalises the body, mind and spirit. With a holistic approach to health, gastronomy and culture, this season at Six Senses will mark a milestone in offering transformative experiences.

Women’s Wellbeing: Empowerment and Hormonal Balance

This programme is presented as one of the most outstanding novelties as it focuses on hormonal and metabolic health. Its main objective is to help women understand and balance their bodies at every stage of life through personalised counselling, holistic treatments and mindfulness sessions. It also reduces chronic stress and encourages a more harmonious lifestyle. The retreats, which vary from 3 to 7 days, offer a unique opportunity for absolute disconnection and well-being.

Expert-led retreats: Connection and personal growth

The luxury resort has invited a number of wellness gurus to offer immersive retreats on the island. These include Dr Ingrid Yang, a specialist in yoga and longevity, and Caroline Idiens, a trainer for middle-aged women. Each retreat offers holistic practices combined with science-based principles to promote holistic health, personal growth and the restoration of physical and emotional balance.

Innovation in longevity: Precision packages at RoseBar

Another highlight of the new season is the innovative longevity space at Six Senses. Under the direction of Dr. Mark Hyman, these personalised health programmes seek to optimise the body’s biology, regenerating cells and helping to slow the effects of ageing. With options for coping with stress, renewing energy and strengthening the immune system, these treatments are combined with personalised wellness experiences to achieve unique results.

Gastronomy: A journey to the heart of Ibiza’s culinary heritage

The Partal restaurant, due to open in June, will become the gastronomic epicentre of the resort. A new culinary concept pays homage to the island’s rich heritage, fusing Andalusian and North African influences with local produce. Fresh seafood and ingredients from the Can Taca farm will form the basis of a menu that celebrates tradition and modernity in every bite.

Farm-based learning centre: A pillar of regenerative living

La Granja, the 12-hectare estate of Six Senses Ibiza, will become the setting for a new learning centre. The space, which will begin development later this year, will be a haven for inverse education in nature and wellness. Through activities such as forest bathing, sound healing and yoga, the centre will offer guests a deep connection to the land and local traditions, as well as becoming the ultimate venue for hosting sustainable events and collaborations.

Music & Culture: On The Rocks and more

Culture will also play a starring role this summer with the ‘On The Rock’ concert series, a musical proposal that will bring the best of live music to Ibiza‘s beaches. These events, combined with the unique atmosphere of Beach Caves, will provide attendees with a multi-sensory experience that celebrates art and music in an incomparable setting.
