Since the beginning of her career, one of the keys to her image has always been her hair. Dense, long and trendy, when she sat in the dressing rooms of ‘Gossip Girl’, the show’s own stylists opted for barely touching her hair because she didn’t want heat, she didn’t want any styling, she didn’t allow anything that could damage it to get anywhere near her hair. Now the actress-turned-businesswoman has encapsulated all her experience in the “Blake Brown Beauty” line, which includes: Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo, Fundamental Nourishing Mask, Fundamental Strengthening Shampoo, Fundamental Strengthening Mask, All-In-wONEder Leave-In Potion, The Dry Shampoo, Glam Mousse and Rich Reset Pre-ShampooMask: i.e. shampoos, pre-shampoos, masks and leave-in treatments, but not a trace of conditioners, the actress’s big hair bet.

“Since I was a child, through adolescence, early adulthood, motherhood, work, personal life, whenever, wherever, the thing that has identified me most has always been my personali…. hasn’t it? Hasn’t it been my personality? Oh… my hair. It’s the longest partner I’ve ever had in life. For 36 years and counting,” the actress wrote on social media. “And like any relationship, it’s healthier when it’s well taken care of. To love him well, I’ve found a system that has worked wonders for me, a sort of trick over decades of working with the best professionals in the business and absurd amounts of trial and error. I’ve spent seven years obsessively developing every detail of my newest baby: Blake Brown Beauty”.

Blake Brown Beauty will launch exclusively on their website on 5 August and will be available at Target from 4 August.
