The Elyse, Stella McCartney’s most recognisable vegan platform shoe, is back with Amelia Gray. First seen on the FW14 runway and worn by Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Rihanna and Beyoncé, it returns with new colours, materials and customisation options.
The capsule collection includes two new shades – grey and navy – as well as two faux-exotic finishes: a snakeskin style made from mycelium and a crocodile-effect crafted from recycled apple waste.
The model retains its FSC-certified wooden wedge, saw-edged microfibre sole and 100% vegan glue. McCartney remains committed to her policy of avoiding leather, fur, feathers and any other animal-derived materials.
For a limited time, the Elyse can be customised with brass charms, available exclusively at selected stores. The Elyse, fronted by Amelia Gray, is now available in boutiques and on Stella McCartney’s official website.
