Ancuta Sarca surprises again at London Fashion Week

Drawing inspiration from post-Renaissance art and his childhood memories of Romania, where he used to draw floral doodles, Sarca has returned to London Fashion Week to present his latest collection.

The creative’s work is especially characterized by the use of contrasts: vintage and modern, old and new, past and future. Both in fabrics and techniques, Sarca uses them in all her creations. Her latest collection, called “Florii”, brings the past into the future. It features clogs, boots and heels handcrafted with floral motifs, highlighting a pointed toe sandal in chrome, black and white. In addition to footwear, the collection includes garments and accessories that incorporate vaporous mesh layers over straight-cut tops, skirts and dresses, along with a shoulder bag available in three color combinations.

On the other hand, Pharrell Williams teams up with Moncler to elevate outerwear.
