The Brazilian pop queen reimagines the hit song that advocates sisterhood and feminine energy with Pablo Vittar and Yseult.
It was only a matter of time before a superstar of Anitta‘s stature would jump on a song of the stature of ‘Alibi’, the same song that samples the Colombian classic ‘Rosa’ by Magín Diaz, and revives it through a modern hit in four different languages: English, French, Portuguese and now Spanish.
As the Iranian-Dutch singer explains, she decided to go for a profile like Anitta‘s because of ‘the way she owns her femininity’. This hit is a journey through vulnerability and power that speaks to the strength and solidarity of women, including people of colour and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
What are you waiting for to listen to it?
