In a few days fashion month kicks off and we tell you what you can expect from the Men’s Fashion Weeks this season.

Fashion Month kicks off | Here’s what’s going to happen

As every year in the month of June, all professionals in the fashion world come together for a common goal: The men’s fashion month . And a the calendars are out – at least tentative – of what awaits us for men’s SS24 in each fashion capital, at Highxtar we give you a review of the most important things to keep in mind for the most frenetic month of the season.

The month kicks off with London Fashion Week, June 9-12. This will be followed by the 104th edition of the Florentine Pitti Uomo catwalk from June 13 to 16. And in the final stretch of the fashion month it is the turn of Milan and Paris. Milanese Week will run from June 16 to 20. And finally, Paris Fashion Week will kick off on June 19 and end on June 25.

LONDON FASHION WEEK: 9-12 JUNE

With very few fashion shows and presentations, the program will feature mostly evening events and panel discussions with industry leaders. However, we can highlight the shows of Justin Cassin and SAUL NASH. Rather than focusing on the catwalk, Londron Fashion Week will have a cultural program at all levels. In addition, they are in the midst of developing a new platform focused on men’s fashion and the enhancement of technology, craftsmanship, sustainability and diversity.

PITTI UOMO: 13-16 JUNE

In this 104th edition of Pitti Uomo, the guest designer is Eli Russell Linnetz, founder of ERL. The Californian designer will present the Spring-Summer 2024 collection of his brand with a show on Thursday, June 15. He will also work on a specific project for the occasion to portray his crossover vision between fashion, design and lifestyle.

In addition, this edition of Pitti Uomo marks the highly anticipated debut of DO™, the brand founded by Domenico Orefice with the support of Polimoda. DO™ will be shown in the Future Maschile section, offering a unique concept in which he unites textile pieces, metaverse and 3D elements.

MILAN FASHION WEEK: 16-20 JUNE

Milan Fashion Week is back with the spring/summer 24 menswear. Valentino will be the brand in charge of opening the season with its show on June 16 at 14:00. On the same day, Gucci will make a presentation instead of a runway show, something that has been quite strange in the industry, as we usually see Gucci on the catwalk. And the Italian house will open an exhibition the following day to mark 70 years of the iconic HORSEBIT.

The usual Prada, Dsquared2, Otro, Dolce & Gabanna will continue with their parade format as usual. And on the more streetwear side we have the proposals of Alyx, Jordanluca or JW Anderson, who will continue to surprise as every season.

PARIS FASHION WEEK: 19-25 JUNE

The most anticipated of Paris Fashion Week is the debut of Pharrell Williams at Louis Vuiton. This will be the first day at 20:30. On the same day we will see the debut of one of the finalists for the LVMH Prize, Burc Akyol, on the Parisian catwalk.

The big brands such as Loewe, Dior, Givenchy or Rick Owens maintain almost the same schedule of the previous edition. Younger brands such as Marine Serre, Kid Super, Rhude or Botter will also parade in the parisian catwalk.

And the icing on the cake will be Ludovic de Saint Sernin. The designer will close the PFW with his show on June 25 at 19:00.

Of course, all fashionistas and professionals in the fashion world will not have time to get bored this June. And you, are you ready for the fashion month? What is your most awaited proposal of the season?
