ASICS and Cecilie Bahnsen reinvent the GEL-TERRAIN for SS25

ASICS Sportstyle’s new collaboration with Cecilie Bahnsen now has an official release date. Following its first appearance at the brand’s SS25 showcase during Paris Fashion Week, this collaboration features a unique reinterpretation of the classic GEL-TERRAIN silhouette that arrives in two new colourways.

The first version features a shiny, cushioned upper adorned with intricate floral embroidery that subtly peeks out from under a semi-transparent overlay. In addition, the neoprene sock-like construction adds extra comfort, ensuring a perfect fit.

The second version features a water-resistant TPU layer with floral patches that allow ASICS’ iconic silver lines to shine through. The design fuses sporty functionality with Bahnsen’s femininity, which is reflected in a concealed front zip, replacing traditional laces.

‘With each collaboration, our design language with ASICS becomes more natural. The GEL-TERRAIN MT is a reflection of that connection, a fusion that feels organic and completely ours,’ says Bahnsen. Japanese photographer Takashi Homma contributed his unique vision with a series of images in cool blue tones.

The collaboration will launch on Cecilie Bahnsen‘s website on 13 February, followed by an exclusive European launch on 20 February and a global launch on 28 February.
