Balenciaga launches 20 limited edition sculptures

To pay homage to the iconic Runner silhouette, Balenciaga has designed an exclusive sculpture of the sneaker limited to 20 units.

Made of glazed porcelain ceramic, the new object of desire designed by Demna is positioned as a decorative must-have. A large-scale version of the Runner Sneaker, it includes all the details of the original, such as the layered textures, the worn fabric edges and the technical stickers it incorporates.

A work of art that was born in Switzerland and hand-carved before firing. In addition, a traditional Italian maiolica technique has been used in its production.

Only 20 exclusive pieces will go on sale in Balenciaga boutiques in Paris, London, Tokyo, Beverly Hills, Hong Kong, Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai and Monaco. You can also find them on the official website.
