Balenciaga has just unveiled its latest campaign, a stunning series of portraits captured by acclaimed photographer Nadav Kander. After seeing the Bel Air Bag through Naomi Watts and Michelle Yeoh, now the unveiled photographs are of brand ambassador Kim Kardashian carrying the new Bel Air bag in its original and Hobo styles.
A behind-the-scenes video shows her briefly leaving the set, receiving feedback from the crew and leaving a voice message, all while carrying the stunning oversized Bel Air bag, adding a touch of personality and naturalness to the luxury of the campaign.
Inspired by the iconic Bel-Air area of Los Angeles, the bag is synonymous with elegance and status, qualities that are reflected in every detail. The bag is a showcase of Balenciaga’s commitment to elegance and craftsmanship, while adding a touch of surprise. Its logo-engraved twist-lock closure, which joins two belts at the front, and lack of logos or open branding, scream “Balenciaga”. Its smooth, natural leather, treated with a hand-painted transparent matte finish, highlights its craftsmanship and design excellence, while its structure is lined with soft, fine-grained Nappa leather.
