The artist was on the programme ‘La Resistencia’ with David Broncano and one of the moments that raised the most expectation was when she took out a wad of banknotes from her purse and confessed that she always carried that amount of money. ‘Do you know how to flex it?’ she asked Broncano. ‘It’s 20,000 euros and you caught me on a bad day’.
Despite the staging, he explained that ‘I’m really short of money’. And then he explained the reason. ‘I’ve just lost a million euros. I’ve been fired from Sony. I was driving them crazy. I told them, I want to release a song tomorrow and they said I had to wait three weeks. We work very differently”, he said.
He also explained that a year ago he quit smoking joints cold turkey. ‘I’d been smoking from the age of 15 until I was 23. I was rapping in the studio and in my head it sounded at a speed that wasn’t there afterwards’. Since then ‘the dreams are very intense, very real’ as opposed to before ‘more abstract’.
Another key moment was when he referred to his beef with Yung Beef: ‘I won’. As for the gift that guests usually give Broncano, in this case it was a T-shirt with his photo on it: ‘It’s my ID photo. Well, of my Canadian passport because my mother is from Canada. I’ve made a lot of use of that photo, I think I was 21 years old. It’s also my Spotify profile.
