Beyoncé has officially reached billionaire status. This was confirmed by Forbes, which estimates her 2025 earnings at 148 million dollars before tax. The figure placed her as the third highest-paid musician of the year and made her the fifth music artist to achieve this milestone.
With this achievement, Beyoncé joins a select group of just 22 entertainers whose fortunes exceed one billion dollars. The list includes names such as JAY-Z and Rihanna, figures who have made their mark both in music and in business.
Music remains the foundation of her wealth. Beyoncé owns the rights to her catalogue, giving her greater control and higher returns. Touring has played a key role in this growth, though it is far from her only source of income.
An empire beyond the stage
Alongside her musical career, Beyoncé has built a strong business network. At its centre is Parkwood Entertainment, her creative company. Other ventures include her haircare brand Cécred, the SirDavis whisky label and the now-discontinued fashion brand Ivy Park.
One of the major drivers of her success this year was the Cowboy Carter Tour. The concept was simple and focused: just nine stadiums across 32 dates. Even so, the results were striking. The tour generated more than 400 million dollars in ticket sales and close to 50 million in merchandise. By producing the tour through Parkwood, Beyoncé was able to retain a larger share of the profits.
These earnings were boosted by other key deals. Beyoncé reportedly earned around 50 million dollars for her special Christmas Day NFL halftime show for Netflix. In addition, her campaigns with Levi’s brought in approximately 10 million dollars.
In the audiovisual space, nearly half of the 44 million dollars generated by the RENAISSANCE World Tour concert film went directly to her. Her Beychella documentary also earned her around 60 million dollars.
A new chapter
This milestone marks a new phase in Beyoncé’s career. Beyond music, she now represents creative power, business vision and a cultural influence that continues to grow both within and beyond the industry.
Beyoncé also won her first Emmy for the costume design of Beyoncé Bowl.
