Boombastic announces “Last Dance” in Asturias and debuts at Billboard Latin Music Week in Miami

Boombastic, the largest festival in Asturias, surprised everyone last week. On 2 October, via its social media channels, it announced the closure of its four editions, marked by emotions, fun and memories for tens of thousands of attendees and hundreds of artists.

But the “bombis” were not left without a response. Following a flood of requests, the festival decided to return one last time to Asturias with its “Last Dance”. Marino González, CEO of the festival, stated: “We cannot leave a place where we are loved like this.” The first 5,000 tickets for this special edition, taking place on 16, 17 and 18 July, will go on sale on 16 October at 12:00 pm.

Boombastic has made history in Asturias. With over 60,000 attendees per day, an economic impact of 15 million euros, and 2,000 direct, indirect and induced jobs, the festival has established itself as a cultural and economic engine for the region.

The international leap

Beyond this farewell in Asturias, Boombastic is making its first major step in the United States. On 20 October, it will debut in Miami with the production of the Opening Night of Billboard Latin Music Week, the most influential celebration of Latin music.

The event will take place at MAD CLUB Wynwood and will feature a lineup including Luck Ra, J Álvarez, Yami Safdie, Lauty Gram, GALE, Yas, Mateo Eraña and Los Ricos (Bienvenida), accompanied by music from DJ BRÖDER (Bresh), one of the most sought-after DJs in the Latin party circuit.

With this dual move, Boombastic confirms its status as one of the most important festivals in Latin music, capable of making an impact both locally and internationally.
