ButterSoft LVs via Callum Turner

The brand’s ambassador poses in the campaign unveiling the latest sneakers designed by Pharrell Williams.

First unveiled at Louis Vuitton‘s Fall/Winter 2025 show, the ButterSoft is already considered a cult item for trainer lovers. They represent the natural evolution of classic leather footwear into new territory: elevated sportswear reminiscent of the 2000s.

But if there is something that makes the ButterSoft fall in love at first sight, it is their retro-running aesthetics reinvented through the unmistakable prism of Pharrell, who has decided to apply his contemporary dandy style. And, as the name suggests, the ButterSoft leather is so soft it’s almost melting to the touch.

Details are completed with hand-painted embroidery in the new Bruni hue, as well as patches that elevate the design. And as a finishing touch, the iconic LV logo on the side and the creative’s Phriendship silhouette on the tongue.

Imagined in up to 24 different colour combinations, the LV ButterSoft will arrive in the House’s physical boutiques and on the web on 10 July.
