CAMPERLAB opens its first flagship store in Paris

Located at 15 rue Debelleyme in Paris’ Marais district, the space promises an immersive experience of the house’s universe in the fashion capital. Defined by its unpredictable nature, CAMPERLAB subverts expectations and rewrites the rules of design in footwear, ready-to-wear and accessories collections, including sunglasses launched for spring/summer 2025.

The shop design incorporates CAMPERLAB’s raw architectural concept with industrial textures. Harry Nuriev, founder and creative director of Crosby Studios, has transformed traditional crushed concrete into an element that expresses dynamism and transformation. By embedding shoes into the rough texture of concrete, Nuriev explores how familiar objects can be reimagined and repurposed to create a new perception.

This concept exemplifies Nuriev’s philosophy of ‘transformism’, in which familiar materials and objects are transformed, altering the perception of space. Crushed concrete, a symbol of strength and stability, is intertwined with the lightness and dynamism of shoes, creating a unique blend of contrasts. Interacting with such a space becomes more than an action: it becomes an experience that reveals new perspectives and breaks down the traditional boundaries between object and user.

CAMPERLAB is also launching its new website CAMPERLAB.COM, coming 10 March 2025. Created in collaboration with Giga Design Studio, the independent digital space combines brutalist web design with high functionality. The platform allows customers to experience the CAMPERLAB universe independently of Camper, reinforcing its repositioning as an independent fashion house.
