We first saw the collaboration of COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Air Force 1 Mid earlier this year during their FW20 show. Now, it is about to drop.
Following the two classic colors of the AF1 – white or black – the COMME des GARÇONS pair adopts many of the design elements of the iconic silhouette. This model was chosen by the designer for being one of the most revered in sneaker culture.
Although the CGD x AF1 Mid presents a familiar aesthetic, it also proposes an avant-garde approach. It is made of premium leather finished with raw edges that further elevate the deconstructed aesthetic.
The COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Air Force 1 Mid in black and white will be available on October 23rd at Dover Street Market for 275 euros.
