With its first collection of fragrances.
The London-based brand that has managed to redefine the concept of subversion in fashion while staying true to its folkloric roots, takes a bold step into the beauty industry with a new line of fragrances, a completely new terrain in which it lands with its unmistakable punk and artisanal spirit. A completely new terrain in which it lands with its unmistakable punk and artisanal spirit, and it does so with Dover Street Market.
Each of the three fragrances presented here contains in its essence a captivating energy and the magic of the Balkan landscape, with indigenous ingredients such as rose and Bulgarian geranium. The concept remains faithful to the aesthetics of the creative duo, and is articulated around a dreamlike universe that oscillates between mysticism and contemporaneity.
Thus, ‘Great Root’ is a tribute to the virgin forests of Bulgaria, combining saffron, nutmeg and geranium; ‘Hay Zhasmina!’ is warm and woody, with hints of fennel, jasmine and Bulgarian rose; and ‘Queen Rosa’ is bold and sensual, with fresh florals derived from pink pepper, Bulgarian rose and bergamot.
All of them are now available in DSM‘s physical shops as well as on its official website. The launch is completed by a series of scented candles.
And speaking of beauty… Charlotte Tilbury opens her stunning flagship store in London.
