Comme des Garçons launches its own version of the Nike Terminator High

This season the Japanese fashion brand Comme des Garçons offers us its own version of Nike’s Terminator High sneakers.

First introduced in 1985 as a special edition for the Georgetown Hoyas programme, the Terminator High was Nike’s first trainer designed exclusively for a college basketball team. Now, Comme des Garçons Homme Plus updates the silhouette with three versions (Black, Blue, Red) and CDG lettering on the heel.

The trainer is made with premium leather and features a perforated toe cap for breathability and padded collar and tongue for comfort. For the campaign, creative directors @ronnie.cooke.newhouse and @karlbolander⁠ along with agency CLOSER bring to life a family of elephants playing with the Nike Terminator High.
