Corteiz is back, this time alongside New Era, the brand famous for its caps. They have put together a collection that is very reminiscent of London grime style, a musical and cultural movement closely linked to the street. The caps feature a striking “angry eyes” design and maintain the simple yet strong character that is so characteristic of the British brand.
The surprise is that there will be more than just caps. The launch also includes a full range of clothing: tracksuit bottoms, matching sweatshirts and tracksuits in both nylon and more refined velvet. There will also be camouflage print garments and, of course, the Corteiz Alcatraz logo prominently featured on several pieces.
In addition, the brand is adding some slightly more elegant garments to its urban style, such as chunky knit jumpers and jackets with collars and zips with a better finish. It’s a mix of streetwear and a more refined touch. Everything will be available online on Friday 27th February, so anyone who wants something will have to keep an eye out.
