COURIR revolutionises Paris with ‘The Sneaker Odyssey’

To coincide with the Olympic Games, the French sneaker brand and the three stripes giant created an immersive experience dedicated to sports lovers.

This exclusive event, held on 20 July at the Maison Des Métallos (Paris), was led by some of the most iconic silhouettes such as the Handball Spezial, the Forum Low and the Country OG. All of them were imbued with the spirit of the French capital for this special occasion: a real party for lovers of sports shoes, sport and fashion.

‘The Sneaker Odyssey‘ was an immersive journey into the world of sneakers through a documentary directed by @sarahjocteur, who revealed some of adidas’ best-kept secrets to the audience. They were also able to discover the collection that adidas and Courir had been working on all this time, based on three iconic models reinterpreted through a modern and renewed approach.

The Forum Low, which conquered the basketball courts in the 1980s, are now available in an elegant and subtle colour combination dominated by black and white. The Handball Spezial, on the other hand, are presented in vibrant shades that won’t go unnoticed and elevate any look with their striking green. Finally, the Country OG, with their vintage aesthetic and retro spirit, combine nostalgia with innovation, resurfacing in red and white.
