Danielle Guizio, the creative who launched her eponymous brand in 2014 and built a cult following around her dazzling outfits and styling work for ‘Euphoria’, now connects her futuristic vision with New York-based brand QUAY to devise the ultimate cool girl’s eyewear.
Based on a precise juxtaposition of modern femininity and contemporary design elements, this capsule presents 10 collaborative pieces on display: three pairs of sunglasses and two pairs of optical frames, each tinted in two different colourways.
The most prominent models are the UNIFORM, a square tortoiseshell frame with pink lenses, and the SLATE, a wrap-around cat-eye silhouette with clear lenses. Each model comes with a branded case and a microfibre cleaning bag.
“We are delighted to collaborate with Guizio and Danielle. Danielle’s passion for her consumers and her relentless desire to push boundaries and deliver beautiful work is inspiring. Guizio adds: “I wanted to create sophisticated styles that look classic yet fun. Silhouettes that can be worn anywhere and, more importantly, that will stay in your wardrobe over time. That was very important to me during the whole design process.
