After acquiring Death Row Records earlier this year, Snoop Dogg is expanding his cultural offerings to include cannabis.
Death Row Cannabis is a marijuana initiative that joins the existing cultural platform already acquired by the rapper: Death Row, the famous record label to which great artists such as 2Pac and Dr. Dre belonged.
The news was announced yesterday via an animated video on @deathrowrecords‘ official Instagram.
“Promising to return Death Row to its former glory, all elements of the former label are being adapted to today’s audiences and their changing tastes,” wrote the company’s team.
The first launch will include limited edition metal bags and is expected to take place in January 2023. What has been confirmed is that Cookies shops in California will be the first to stock these products before they are rolled out to other states and markets.
