As it was on Tuesday, December 12 at the WIzink Center in Madrid, the second day of Red Bull Soundclash has been an absolute success. This Red Bull format still unreleased in our country has brought together 23,000 attendees throughout its two days; a unique experience that has merged the universes of Dellafuente and Morad in an unforgettable show that has also had great artists of the national scene as El Madrileño a.k.a. C. Tangana, who joined the list of guests RVFV, Lola Indigo, Rels B and Maka.
Two stages connected by a catwalk, all inspired by the neighborhoods of Granadino and La Florida, with motorcycles, scaffolding, street furniture and friends backstage, served as staging for Red Bull SoundClash. Hamza Zaidi was in charge of kicking off the show, giving way to DELLAFUENTE, who stepped on the Red Bull SoundClash stage once again to unleash the magic of his quejíos. The Granada native opened the night’s repertoire with their songs ‘Consentia’, ‘Dile’ or ‘Veneno’, which gave way to a Morad who appeared on a motorcycle to the rhythm of his hit ‘Europa’. Then, other songs like ‘Se Grita’ or ‘Cómo Están’ ended the first round of a Soundclash full of surprises. The artists soon climbed to the top of a scaffolding to perform several of their songs.
As the night progressed, covers of songs by other artists, co-performed songs and stellar collaborators joined the show. C. Tangana joined the party on this second day, performing his song ‘Guerrera’ with Dellafuente. RVFV, Lola Indigo, Rels B and Maka repeated to accompany the two real stars of the night. To conclude the show, DELLAFUENTE and Morad, met again in the center of the dance floor to perform the last songs of the night. With ‘No Estuviste En Lo Malo’, ‘KTM’ and ‘Manos Rotas’ ended the Red Bull SoundClash DELLAFUENTE vs. Morad and said goodbye to what is already an event for history.
RED BULL SOUNDCLASH, MUCH MORE THAN A CONCERT
The first Red Bull SoundClash that takes place in Spain has meant the celebration of the creative power and collaboration between the artistic visions DLFC and MDLR. The sound universes of DELLAFUENTE and Morad are perfectly intertwined. This chemistry between both artists is evident throughout 6 tracks of their new EP ‘Zizou’ and in a clothing collaboration with Adidas, DLFC x MDLR Merch, of t-shirts, scarves and sweatshirts. A milestone that will undoubtedly set a precedent for what the next Red Bull Soundclash will bring in our country.
