To mark the Lunar New Year 2026, Diesel presents a special collection inspired by the sign of the Horse. The Italian brand releases nine pieces that reflect the energy and active spirit associated with this animal in the Chinese zodiac.
This celebration marks the beginning of a new cycle and is one of the most important festivities across many Asian cultures. Each year is represented by an animal with its own traits and, in 2026, the Horse symbolises energy, freedom, movement and the desire to move forward — values that connect directly with Diesel’s proposal.
The collection stands out for its “flaming horse” graphics. The mane and tail appear with a fire-like finish that conveys movement and strength. This design is repeated across several pieces, such as hoodies, T-shirts and jeans, and defines the visual identity of the entire line.
One of the most striking designs is the indigo denim hoodie with a special treatment. It has been washed and overdyed in red to achieve a deep colour with different shades. Meanwhile, the slim-fit T-shirts are made from stretch cotton jersey and undergo random dyeing and bleaching processes, giving them a worn texture and a vintage-inspired finish.
The collection is completed with light blue wash jeans. These pieces feature the “flaming horse” graphic on the back right pocket, reinforcing the distinctive character of the line.
Prices range from $225 to $495. The “Year of the Horse” collection is now available in Diesel stores and on its official website.
