Dior chooses Aurélien Giraud as an official ambassador

The professional skateboarder will compete in the next edition of the Olympic Games in Paris.

At just 26 years of age, Giraud is already aiming for gold at the Olympics. His ambition and skill on the track have made him one of the favourites in the discipline, and have also caught the Maison‘s attention. So much so that they have decided to appoint him as an official ambassador, maintaining their commitment to sport and new talents.

“Bold, creative and spontaneous, the world champion, winner of several awards and candidate for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games now embodies the spirit of the Dior style, where sportswear, heritage and reinvention converge,” says the fashion house’s team.

The appointment comes on the heels of professional surfer Kauli Vaast joining the Dior family just a few weeks ago, as well as gymnast Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos and tennis player Pauline Déroulède.
