The fashion house’s most advanced sneakers have been designed by Fardin Hazratizadeh.
AMIRI‘s head of footwear has teamed up with Mike Amiri to design the new MA Runner with the aim of expanding its product range in the world of footwear. And what better way to do it than with a silhouette that fuses the brand’s streetwear codes with a futuristic appeal. On a carefully moulded seven-piece sole sits a mesh structure where leather, rubber and suede overlays intertwine to add the finishing touch.
As Hazratizadeh says in a recent exclusive interview with Hypebeast, “We wanted a bold and exaggerated running silhouette, which meant we had to go all out with the sole design, inspired by the letters ‘M’ and ‘A’ that can be seen visibly on the toe and heel respectively.”
