Sunday 15 September sees the 24th edition of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent, the award that recognises the new creators who will be parading on the catwalk reserved for emerging talent as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, which this year celebrates its 80th edition.
MAL Studio Custom Project, Anamingo, Karlo Módenes, Alejandre, Boltad, Arturo de la Rosa, XVSTRANGE, H05 and Santamarta are the nine firms that will present their collections on the most important catwalk of our country. With a clear commitment to current trends such as genderless garments and upcycling, the proposals of this edition are characterised by the personal approach of its designers, who express their experiences and feelings through signature fashion.
The day dedicated to emerging fashion will come to a close with the parade of the guest international firm and the presentation of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent award. The creator selected by the jury will have the opportunity to parade on one of the international catwalks of Mercedes-Benz, specifically Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week, thus joining Pepa Salazar, Ernesto Naranjo, Outsiders Division or Dominnico, who were able to represent emerging Spanish fashion on catwalks such as those of Mexico, Budapest or Tbilisi (Tbilisi).
