Dover Street Market intervenes Nike Vomero 5

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the iconic retailer founded by Rei Kawakubo.

One of Nike‘s most coveted silhouettes, first released back in 2011, now resurfaces through the codes of Dover Street Market and its unique vision for the industry. A towering oversized black Zoom Air sole sits atop the original mesh structure – also in black – with vibrant emerald detailing that reflects when light hits it.

The details are complemented by the DSM logo on the heel reinforcement and the top of the tongue.

To celebrate this special limited edition, a unique installation will take place in the London shop that amplifies the design of the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 x Dover Street Market: An imposing black cube floating on a rubber platform where the calibrated light and sound inside envelops the sneakers completely.

The launch is scheduled for tomorrow, 21 November, through DSM’ s physical shops and also the DSM E-SHOP.
