Nike’s latest project, entitled ‘The Room’, recreated the Bondy boy’s childhood bedroom.
A time capsule where CR7 posters, boots on the floor and a 90cm bed remind us that dreams, when pursued with faith, are achieved.
Kylian Mbappé used to dream big from his bedroom wallpapered with idols and impossible goals. And now that dream is a reality. The Real Madrid nine has achieved everything he imagined: playing for the best club in the world. His journey has been as cinematic as it has been inspiring, and the swoosh giant has managed to encapsulate it to the millimetre in an inverse experience that, more than just telling his story, forces you to feel it.

Dreaming as a way of life
Because, in the end, it all starts there. In an ordinary room. In a neighbourhood where nobody gives anything. In the silence of the first goals. Mbappé is living proof that dreams are not negotiable. They are worked for. They are visualised. They are believed.
And Nike knows it. With ‘The Room’ it invites us to believe, to dream big. Because speed is not only in the legs, it’s also in the mind.
