Dubai to transform its skyline with One Za’abeel

The architectural project presented by the Japanese design firm Nikken Sekkei is for a 530,000 m2 complex.

A gateway to all those arriving in the Emirati capital in the form of two towers linked by a fully enclosed horizontal bridge, christened ‘The Link’. It will offer a 360-degree view from its observation deck, which will be suspended at a height of 100 metres, and will become the longest cantilever in the world.

In this way, One Za’abeel will welcome residents and visitors alike, introducing a new neighbourhood to Dubai, with a host of dining, retail, office and hotel complexes. Notably, One&Only, the luxury resort collection, has already submitted its proposal for part of the building’s interior, as well as the innovative lifestyle and hospitality brand SIRO.

No further information about the construction dates has been released yet, but the first confirmations will be coming soon. If you don’t want to miss any news on this topic, we recommend you to stay tuned to our website and social media.

In the meantime… Why don’t you take a look at the first Dior Spa?
