EME STUDIOS continues to expand its summer imagery with the launch of TABARCA, a new capsule that pays tribute to the slow and genuine character of the Mediterranean. After the success of PONZA, the Madrid-based brand now turns its gaze to Tabarca, an Alicante island loaded with symbolism, which not only serves as a visual backdrop for this proposal, but is also integrated as an essential part of the emotional story of the collection.
TABARCA is not just a collection, but a sensory experience that conveys calm, freedom and the beauty of the essential. Each garment has been designed with a clear intention: to offer functionality and freshness without sacrificing design or detail. The capsule evokes the spirit of the purest summer – one that is lived without timetables, guided by light and spontaneous movement.
Photographed entirely on the island, the lookbook masterfully captures the essence of Tabarca: its simple architecture, the warmth of its colours, and an atmosphere suspended in time. The result is a visual narrative coherent with the brand’s values, which invites us to inhabit the summer from an honest and contemplative perspective.
Three striped shirts in soft tones – deep navy, washed blue and warm yellow – with subtle details on the sleeves and front, stand out. The shirts, in knitted fabric and flannel, are presented in colour blocks designed to contrast and complement: green with black and yellow; maroon with black and white; and blue with navy and white. Embroidered elements on the chest and centre add texture and distinction.
The collection also includes two long-sleeved T-shirts with checked sleeves, which add visual dynamism: one in white with black and white checks, and one in blue with maroon checks. As for the long trousers, the proposal is oriented towards comfort and lightness, with three wide models: two in check print (in beige, light grey and navy) and one with stripes in blue, grey and white.
The denim shorts – in classic blue and black – incorporate three distinctive patches that reinforce the capsule’s identity. These are joined by two joggers in black and beige, also decorated with the characteristic three patches, designed to balance comfort and style.
The capsule is completed with a selection of seven graphic T-shirts in different colour combinations: white, grey, maroon, navy, light blue and beige. Among them, one piece stands out for its unstructured pattern and washed beige finish, which simulates a torn T-shirt. Finally, there are four models of lightweight boxer shorts with new prints and colours, designed for the hottest days.
Available now on the EME STUDIOS website and at its flagship store on Calle Fuencarral, 47.
