In the Emmy Awards 2025 “Severance” leads with 27 nominations while “The Studio” and “Adolescence” are positioned as favourites.

Emmy 2025: “Severance” and “The Studio” lead nominations

The American Television Academy has announced the nominees for the 77th Emmy Awards, to be held on 14 September. The list confirms the weight of AppleTV+ this season, with Severance and The Studio as the top nominees in the drama and comedy categories.

They are joined by titles such as Adolescence, Hacks, The Pitt and The Bear, which account for a large part of the nominations. Severance has 27 nominations, the highest number this year.

In any case, this is the complete list of nominations, with absences such as The Squid Game and The Handmaid’s Tale (which only gets one), which should be noted:
