The artist has finally unveiled the cover and the definitive tracklist of the first part of his long-awaited new album, which will be released on 31 January.
‘San Jorge’ will be presented in two parts, with a total of 30 songs, 17 of which will arrive this Friday. In addition to Recycled J‘s already well-known ability to create anthems that connect with his audience, the album features luxury collaborations, confirming his status as one of the most relevant artists on the urban scene.
In this first instalment, names such as Hoke, Khea, Ébano, Soge Culebra, Mvrk, Maikel Delacalle, Juicy BAE, West Dubai, Ergo Pro, Ill Pekeño, Barry B, Dyce, GOMZ, Rei and El Bugg stand out. A melting pot of talent that was also present at the listening party, where several of these artists shared the stage with the Carabanchel native in front of a wild crowd.
The project promises to be a return to the artist’s origins both geographically and musically. After flirting with more pop sounds in ‘Casanova’ (his last album), Recycled J returns to the raw and authentic essence that took him to the top in his early days, offering a more direct and unfiltered sound that connects back to his roots and the essence of the neighbourhood.
And for all those who are already eager to experience San Jorge live, the first dates of his tour have been confirmed. He will arrive at the Sant Jordi Club in Barcelona on 28 February with a show that promises to be one of the most eagerly awaited dates of the season. But the most important date for many will be on 9 May at the Movistar Arena in Madrid, where the singer will take on one of the biggest stages in the country.
