eYe Junya Watanabe MAN and Carhartt launch parka full of compartments

eYe Junya Watanabe MAN is back on the scene with a new partnership with Carhartt, launching a 100% polyester men’s parka jacket with a large number of pockets.

Made in Japan, this crossover jacket fuses the distinctive elements of both brands: Carhartt’s workwear heritage and Watanabe’s penchant for defying fashion conventions. The result is a functional coat that fits a contemporary style.

The design features multiple embossed front pockets, one of which bears the iconic Carhartt logo, and two chest pockets with secure closures. Underneath are two harness bands designed to discreetly hold tools, while a snap closure runs down the center of the garment. In addition, the jacket incorporates two fleece-lined side pockets, as well as interchangeable zippered cuffs and hook-and-loop closures.

The parka features an adjustable drawstring at the waist and hood, which includes a mesh lining that runs throughout the interior of the garment. In the interior design, two internal pockets are added to offer even more storage options.

The eYe Junya Watanabe MAN x Carhartt collaboration is now available online at Dover Street Market. The parka is available in sizes small to extra-large, priced at $1,350 USD.
