Gabbriette brings her dark touch to Great White’s menu

Gabbriette, the it-girl of the moment who has captured our attention for her edgy aesthetic and for being the chef of the Internet with her grain-free recipes, makes an unexpected leap into the world of gastronomy with her official debut at the sophisticated Los Angeles café, Great White. Far from limiting herself to digital content, Gabbriette brings her particular vision to real life with a culinary collaboration that combines style, flavor and a neo-punk touch.

Great White’s menu gets a makeover with two signature dishes created by Gabbriette, where the iconic Tremendous Burger and GW Spritz get a dark twist. The Gabbriette Burger reinvents the classic recipe with shredded patties topped with white American cheese, charred leeks and a punch of chili peppers, replacing the original caramelized fennel. The intensity is upped with a spicy, fermented black garlic aioli, topped with a tomato that balances the flavors, all wrapped in a black bun that reflects the creator’s noir aesthetic. The experience wouldn’t be complete without a nod to hot girl culture that includes extra-crispy fries.

For girls looking for grain-free options, there is also a grain-free version of the Gabbriette Burger, but units are limited. The perfect pairing comes with the “Spritz Noir”, Gabbriette’s take on the classic “GW Spritz”, where activated charcoal adds a dark and mysterious touch, complemented by a blackberry garnish that elevates the drink to an unexpected level of sophistication. A spritz that becomes a visual and flavour statement, perfect for those looking for something more than just a cocktail.

Great White co-founders Sam Cooper and Sam Trude expressed their enthusiasm: “Gabbriette’s innovative approach to recipe development has delighted us. Collaborating on the reinterpretation of our classic proposals has been a fun process and we can’t wait for our community to discover these creations.” This collaboration is part of the restaurant’s new proposal that celebrates emerging figures in the world of gastronomy, highlighting chefs, recipe creators and personalities that inspire the team behind Great White.

The Gabbriette Burger and Spritz Noir will be available for a limited time at their Venice, Larchmont Village and West Hollywood locations from August 22-29.
