Gabriela Hearst steps down as creative director of Chloé

It’s official. Gabriela Hearst is leaving the creative direction of the French house Chloé three years after her arrival. The SS24 collection will be the designer’s last.

Gabriela Hearst is leaving Chloé after three years at the helm of the house’s creative direction. In addition to redefining the Maison’s aesthetic codes, the designer has played a key role in the company’s transformation, especially in the context of sustainability. “Gabriela has brought great energy and dynamic creativity to her role at Chloé, contributing to a period of significant progress for the business and writing a new chapter in the history of our house,” said Riccardo Bellini, the brand’s CEO.

Hearst said it was a privilege for her to contribute to Chloé: “I am grateful to have been part of the incredible team that laid a solid foundation for a future of fashion for a purpose, and I am very proud of the positive change we have collectively achieved by developing a commercial and design perspective that puts our people and our environment first. The creator combined her position at the helm of the house with that of her own brand. Now we have to wait and see who will succeed her at Chloé.

Esta es la técnica de Chloé para medir el impacto social de la moda.
