GANNI and Veneda Carter launch jewelry collection

Teaming up with creative Veneda Carter and her eponymous jewelry brand, GANNI launches the “Butterflies” collection with three pieces.

We got our first glimpse of the exclusive collaboration at GANNI’s Fall/Winter 2023 runway show in Copenhagen, consisting of hoop earrings, a necklace and a bracelet. Each of the pieces features a pendant with the Danish brand’s butterfly logo, and take inspiration from the avant-garde aesthetic of Los Angeles-based creative Veneda Carter. All three jewels feature an attractive crinkled texture and are plated in 18-karat gold.

“I am very grateful for my first jewelry collaboration with GANNI. Having grown up in Copenhagen, it seemed perfect to collaborate with them. I’ve been a big fan of the brand from the beginning, so it’s an honor to work together creatively,” Carter recounted.

Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director of GANNI, added: “This collaboration is very special to me. I’m excited to explore jewelry as a category and I love that we’re doing it with Veneda. She is a true multi-phenomena and a great muse for me. I love Veneda’s version of our new Butterfly logo, which to me symbolizes transformation, freedom and positivity. All characteristics that Veneda embodies with her creativity. She is a total GANNI Girl.

The relationship between Veneda and the Danish brand has been going on for some time; the creative has even paraded in several of GANNI’s shows before. Her new collaboration is now available on the GANNI website.
