Havaianas and Gigi Hadid announce the launch of their highly anticipated collaboration, which will be released worldwide this summer. Earlier this year, the brand named the supermodel its new global ambassador and campaign face, reinforcing its international expansion strategy and consolidating its presence as a leading lifestyle brand. Now, Gigi is taking the next step by joining the brand as creative director for an exclusive capsule collection featuring designs that celebrate the spirit of summer.

Inspired by the pin-up aesthetic and its glamorous touch, the collection captures a beachy essence with Gigi’s unmistakable California style, while remaining connected to the Havaianas DNA. In this campaign, the model also pays homage to her passion for timeless fashion and strong femininity, incorporating the elegant and confident aura of vintage muses.

The collection fuses retro charm with a contemporary vision through prints inspired by landscapes of sunsets, sunrises, and ocean waves. Gigi was actively involved in the creative direction and design of the models, contributing her personal vision to four unique versions of Havaianas’ most iconic silhouettes, including the Top and Slim Square styles.

“I’ve been a Havaianas fan my entire life, so being part of the creative process for my own capsule has been a blast—my 15-year-old self would be jumping for joy!” says Gigi Hadid of the collaboration. “The best thing about working with such an iconic and globally recognized product is being able to celebrate what you’ve always loved about it, while defining your own personal touch.”

The collaboration includes four designs that combine the brand’s most iconic silhouettes with prints inspired by the pin-up universe. The predominant tones are soft orange, yellow, lilac, blue, and green. Each pair features a special Gigi signature on the sole, and the retro-inspired packaging includes an illustrated box with beach motifs, a hanger, and a postcard.
