Hayao Miyazaki confesses what the No Face spirit represents

SoraNews24 has reported that the filmmaker and co-founder of Studio Ghibli has revealed what we’ve been wondering for so long: what does the No Face character from Spirited Away represent? Hayao Miyazaki shared the answer via the Kinyo Roadshow social media account.

Who exactly are the Kaonashi (No Face)? Director Hayao Miyazaki answers: “There are many Kaonashi out there. I think there are people everywhere who want to be attached to someone like that but don’t have a self. Kaonashi is a being that doesn’t have a self, but changes depending on what and who he meets”.

Así es el esperado Parque Temático de Studio Ghibli.
