‘HIGH SUMMER’ by Acne Studios prepares us for the days of sun and sand

With fluid, versatile and fun silhouettes designed to be worn during the summer holidays.

The Stockholm-based brand unveils its latest summer-focused offering in garments that are easy to wear without ever losing style. Adorned with delicate lace cut-outs and subtle transparencies, the designs reveal and conceal the body depending on the wearer’s personal taste, such as a maxi scarf that drapes over the shoulder or drapes over the body like a skirt.

Lightweight cotton and other natural materials feature heavily in the collection, offering new textures and a higher level of breathability on warmer days. All this comes in a contrasting colour palette where pale blue, faded pink and beige predominate against brick orange, fuchsia pink and emerald green.

‘HIGH SUMMER’ continues Acne Studios‘ trompe l’oeil game, including lace, prints and colourful illustrations created by British artist Matty Bovan for the special occasion.

Finally, accessories and footwear take centre stage. This is the case of raffia hats, maxi sunglasses, graphic caps, lace bikinis and vintage-inspired flip-flops.
