Highxtar Radar: 6 designers who are making noise this month

As every June, the fashion catwalks all over Europe leave us an endless number of creatives to discover that are always very worthwhile. So yes, our “6 emerging brands of the month” is dedicated to them, stay to discover them!

1. Greta Moschatta

Greta Moschata is an emerging New York-based designer whose approach fuses photography, tailoring and body deconstruction. Raised on a military base in Hawaii, her work often starts with nude self-portraits to investigate shapes, postures and volumes. Graduated from Parsons in 2024, she has worked for Oscar de la Renta, Thom Browne and Marc Jacobs’ runway team. Her passion for patternmaking translates into pieces that reconfigure classic clothing from an almost sculptural perspective.

2. Myah Hasbany

Myah Hasbany was the big revelation of the BA Fashion Show at Central Saint Martins 2025, taking home the L’Oréal Professionnel Award with a collection that revolved around a fake UFO crash in Aurora, Texas. Her vision is clear: we don’t need more clothes, but pieces that function as art, as encapsulated emotion. With a background in fine art, Hasbany combines plastic techniques with design to create a kind of sculptural couture, loaded with humor and zero functionality. Each look is a story of its own, impossible to replicate.

3. Sergio Cillán

Sergio Cillán is one of the emerging names in Spanish fashion: trained at the Creative Campus of Universidad Europea de Madrid, he debuted in September at Madrid Es Moda with a collective collection that explored the hypnagogic state -the limbo between wakefulness and sleep- and the experience of children in the city. With that debut on a stage like Galería Canalejas, he has already made it clear that his vision does not seek to fit in. And he must be doing well, because there are already some of Spain’s fashion influencers like Misho or Deyaivu that wear his designs.

4. Panchanit Suriyaworakul

Panchanit Suriyaworakul does not design clothes: he grafts emotions onto the skin. From Jaoka Jaokha, his firm born at the Istituto Marangoni in London, he explores the exact point where the tattoo becomes a garment. Liquid latex, machine tattoo technique and sensitivity to the skin, literally. With a vision between body art and fashion, her pieces speak of memory, contact and desire, as if each look were a secret attached to the body.

5. SSHEENA

Sabrina Mandelli -punk before designer- transforms her creative rage into sharp silhouettes with industrial soul and Italian heart. Her brand, Ssheena, is the embodiment of a contradictory and wild spirit that combines demi-couture with workwear. Trained at Istituto Marangoni and trained alongside Virgil Abloh as director of women’s design at Off-White, Mandelli built her “naughty baby” as a manifesto without rules where masculine and feminine are diluted between clean cuts, dark attitude and Italian tailoring with an edge.

6. Jenna Bey

A week ago, American creative  @jenna.bey took the German women’s national team kit and brought it to her own territory with an adaptation made in latex and matching boots. And from there, we discovered that in addition to making wonders with latex, which she offers for sale on her website, she also creatively directs editorial campaigns such as those of 032c. Come on, a real living treasure.
