JUNE 16TH FRIDAY

The festival that put Barcelona on the map of world electronic music celebrates its 30th edition. More than 100 artists have been confirmed for this year’s Sónar, focused on the most hedonistic version of electronic dance music. Among them are such prominent names as Aphex Twin, Bad Gyal, Eric Prydz, Black Coffee, Little Simz, Bicep, Fever Ray, Peggy Gou, Solomun, Oneohtrix Point Never, Amelie Lens, Honey Dijon and Shygirl. On June 15, 16 and 17, Sónar de Dia will be held at the Fira de Montjüic, and on June 16 and 17 Sónar de Nit at the Fira de Gran Via.

JUNE 17TH SATURDAY

The iconic Madrid-born singer Alejandro Sanz brings his ‘Sanz en Vivo’ tour to the Palau Sant Jordi. Offering performances of more than two hours, who has become one of the most popular singers and songwriters of Spanish pop will sing hits like ‘Corazón partío’ or ‘Amiga mía’ along with some singles from his latest album ‘SANZ’.

To vindicate the collecting and passion for music, the Gran Price Vinyl Fest comes to the market of Sant Antoni. The record fair will fill the Fossat del Baluart with vinyls and DJ sessions, and admission will be free. Some store exhibitors from Barcelona and Catalonia that will participate will be Discos Redondos, Architects Records, Fauni Gena, Mobydisk Records, Bite It, Grans Records and Dr Vinilove, as well as the French Be Good Records and Djudbox.

JUNE 18TH SUNDAY

The Born Street Food, the Born’s gastronomic festival par excellence, is back for its tenth edition. It brings an exquisite selection of 16 culinary proposals, coinciding with the main festival of the Born and the Ribera. The gastronomic event brings to the streets the best restaurants of the neighborhood with a great variety of styles and flavors. This year the following restaurants are participating: Cadaqués, Euskal Etxea, Jon Cake, Llamber, Sagàs, Sagardi, Oaxaca, Pork,… Boig per Tú, Barra 7 Puertas, Bronzo Bar e Cucina, Ikoya Izakaya, 1881 by Sagardi, Tapeo Born, El Foro, and Villa Viniteca.
