Hiroshi Fujiwara introduces the Pokémon fantasy to the house of Fendi

Fendi has just unveiled the material result of its creative partnership with artist and streetwear designer Hiroshi Fujiwara, founder of fragment design, which unveils highly covetable pieces that we want to own and collect them all.

The capsule is structured through two strands: one exclusive between Fendi and fragment design, which includes several bags and a T-shirt, and the other, a three-way artistic synergy between Fendi, fragment design and Pokémon, consisting of bags, clothing, accessories and collectible digital assets for Pokémon GO.

In this second one, Dragonite becomes the main character, chosen specifically to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, with other Pokémon such as Dragonair or Dratini invading bags with Fendi’s iconic FF Jacquard monogram in brown, tobacco and yellow.

This motif closes -and elevates- the design of the famous Peekaboo ISeeU Small and Baguette bags, as well as men’s accessories, including a shoulder bag and fanny pack with striking contrasting yellow zips.

Beyond the bags, the collection includes a range of small leather goods, key rings, textile accessories, brass jewellery and apparel such as graphic T-shirts that make up the IRL collection, while the virtual collection is projected through digital collectibles that will be available on the Pokémon GO app.

All Fendi x Pokémon x fragment design collections will be available from 4 January, with prices still to be revealed.
