Hyde Ibiza: the most bohemian hotel on the white isle

Since bursting onto the nightlife scene in 2005 with the eponymous Hyde Lounge on the iconic Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, Hyde has positioned itself as one of the most charismatic hotel brands of the moment. Now, it is entering Europe with its Hyde Ibiza, a 401-room hotel set in the green hills of Cala Llonga, an oasis overlooking the sea for the island’s hedonistic lovers. Introducing a new line-up of magical events for 2024, Hyde Ibiza is set to be one of the most exciting venues on the island this season.

Located just a short drive from the island’s famous nightclubs such as Pacha and Ushuaïa, Cala Llonga is a bohemian retreat that is becoming one of Ibiza’s most fashionable destinations. The Hyde Ibiza hotel enjoys a privileged location with direct access to the crystal clear waters, a pier with public ferry access to Ibiza Town, Santa Eularia and the tranquil sister island of Formentera. The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools, a gym and a culinary offer ranging from haute cuisine to more casual fare to suit all palates.

Among the restaurants and bars is Niko, a Japanese restaurant with top quality ingredients, exceptional presentation and a sophisticated atmosphere. Sonrojo for relaxing days on the beach with ice-cold beers, traditional Spanish dishes and a laid-back atmosphere. Bungalow, a bohemian poolside bar with a menu of sushi and sashimi. Hyde Ibiza also includes the Mexican restaurant Cuyo, as well as The Perq coffee shop that brings a dose of metropolitan coffee culture to the bohemian island and Sun & Moon, an all-day bar serving snacks and drinks.

The interior has been consciously designed by Cuarto Interior with the intention of making guests interact with each other. Hence the choice of the Endless sofa which becomes a key piece and is complemented by handmade Balearic-inspired geometric motifs and striking retro furniture. Comprising two twelve-storey buildings, the hotel pays homage to Ibiza’s historic architecture with bespoke carpentry and artisanal touches through textures such as solid wood, fabrics, leather and ceramic details that convey the natural and organic character of the island.

Hyde Ibiza will be open from Sunday 28 April 2024, but is now accepting bookings here.
