After producing an art installation for Bottega Veneta’s Summer 2023 fashion show in Miami, Gaetano Pesce designs two bags for the Italian house as part of Milan Design Week.
The Italian architect and designer has ventured into the world of leather goods with Bottega Veneta. Inspired by bucolic landscapes, Pesce has designed My Dear Prairies and My Dear Mountains, two unique bags featuring natural motifs and made following the house’s most renowned processes and techniques, such as Intrecciato.
The first iteration features fringes in different shades of green that simulate grassy hills, while the second model has its origins in Gaetano‘s own installation of the same name, which he designed for the Aspen Museum Art.
A new proposal that advocates natural positivism and an optimistic future through art and fashion.
