Isaac Hale steps into the future wearing Ripstop Light HT Nylon

Stone Island’s new iconic piece.

In the Autumn-Winter ‘025-‘026 season, the brand founded by Massimo Osti continues to explore the limits of functional design with a surgical focus on textile research. This is when the Q100008 RIPSTOP LIGHT HT NYLON emerges, a design that will undoubtedly occupy a privileged place in the Stone Island archive.

And the person responsible for bringing this new release to life is musician Isaac Hale, who has been considered the ideal choice for a garment that straddles military resistance and post-digital sensibility. The jacket is constructed from high-tenacity 6.6 ripstop nylon, making it lightweight yet virtually indestructible, designed to withstand both inclement weather and the harshest urban environments.

The semi-transparent fabric is not limited to aesthetics alone: its double layer in key areas reinforces the structure and adds an architectural dimension to the design, underlining Stone Island‘s obsession with functional geometry. It has also been treated with a specific anti-slip coating, adding an extra layer of technical performance.

Among the most notable details are an adjustable hood, strategically placed reflective nylon strips on the hood, chest and sleeves, and a system of slanted exterior pockets with zips, which coexist with two other interior pockets, partially transparent thanks to the material. The brand’s emblem occupies its usual place on the left sleeve, while the elasticated cuffs, rear vents and adjustable drawstring at the hem round off a silhouette that moves between technical and tactical.
