Jacquemus arrives in Portofino with its new pop-up store

After having conquered Lake Como, Simon Portre’s brand lands in the picturesque fishing village to present its latest ephemeral shop.

Via Calata Marconi becomes the definitive Portofino location until 16 October. The 1,735 square metre space corresponds to the Modes outlet, the Italian multi-brand retailer that now hosts the Jacquemus pop-up. The rustic atmosphere, light wood décor, vaulted brick ceilings and the surrounding cobbled quayside are in keeping with the summer romanticism of the fashion house.

Oversized straw hats, Le Chiquito and Le Bisou bags and an exclusive selection of ready-to-wear become the undisputed stars of the temporary installation that pays homage to the French Riviera, where pale and earthy tones colour most of the pieces.
