A direct consequence of having consolidated its new corporate structure.
Having conquered the catwalks and redefined luxury from a Mediterranean perspective, Simon Porte Jacquemus is preparing to take its business to the next level without losing any of its essence. This is why it has decided to formalise the creation of Jacquemus La Maison Mère, an entity that becomes the new corporate heart of its universe. Two divisions already operate under this holding company: Jacquemus La Mode – the ready-to-wear line, valued at 530 million euros – and Jacquemus La Beauté – the beauty division backed by L’Oréal, valued at 46.1 million euros.
This corporate reorganisation includes a contribution premium of more than 518 million euros and a transfer of shares that allows the designer to maintain creative and financial control of his empire.
The House’s aesthetic sophistication – with its exquisite imagery that blends art, desire and French manners – is now based on a business infrastructure worthy of a great Maison. This is in addition to the appointment of Sarah Benady as CEO, having previously held the reins at Celine, Ba&sh and The Kooples. Her arrival marks a new phase, where Jacquemus has already opened its first shop in Los Angeles.
Beyond the restructuring, the House is in full creative and commercial effervescence. Summer pop-ups in Ibiza, unexpected collaborations like the one with Air France, limited edition launches like the one with Timberland and iconic campaigns that set the codes of contemporary visual culture.
